We stand behind our products and want you to be completely satisfied. If you are not satisfied for any reason, please contact us within 14 days of delivery to request a return.
If your item arrives damaged, please keep all boxes and packing materials and immediately contact Customer Service at info@stellasage.com for further instructions. Once we verify damaged goods, an approval will be submitted to credit the applicable charges back to the original form of payment.
Returned products must be in new condition, must include all original parts and accessories, and must be returned in the original packaging. Customized products, as well as items from our sales section that have been marked down, are not eligible for return and are final sale.
Please note: Stella Sage does not offer return labels or exchanges. For your security, please return your item with an insured courier (e.g., Federal Express, UPS, USPS) with tracking capabilities. If your order is purchased through store credits offered from a previous return, the order is not eligible for return.
Return Process
- Email us at info@stellasage.com with title "Return Request: #XXXXXX(Your Order Number)".
- Provide us with your order number and email.
- Tell us the item(s) you would like to return and the reason for return.
- We'll be in touch with instructions for your return after we receive your information.
- Please note that you can only submit ONE request for each order.
Refund Payment
- All returns will be issued via Store Credit Only.
- Store credit of the amount you paid will be issued after processing your return, which may take up to 10 working days after receiving your return in our warehouse. After the refund is issued, you will receive a confirmation email detailing your return and refund amount. We won't keep you waiting too long!
- Unfortunately, we do not cover return shipping costs. The original shipping cost is non-refundable.
- If your order is purchased through store credits offered from a previous return, the order is not eligible for return, unless otherwise personally agreed to by us in writing.
